THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED

Our estimate for processing and shipping is as follows:

    Processing time: 1-2 business days.

    Shipping time (USA): 3-7 business days.

    Shipping time (International): 4-8 business days.

If your order has not arrived within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If your product arrived damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at contact@cyclego.shop

After verification and confirmation of the case by our support team, you will have two options: we will send you a new product or give you a 100% refund.

DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN AFTER USE

You have 30 days after the arrival of your product to report any problem with your product. If the product does not work during this period or is defective, you can return it to us at your expense and we will refund the total amount via store credit so that you can reorder your new product.

CHANGE OF OPINION (Standard Return)

You have 30 days after receipt of your product to return it to us. If you want to process a return, you need to contact us at contact@cyclego.shop

We will send you a return address. Please keep in mind that we only accept returns for products that are:

    Not used

    Not washed

    In their original packaging

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your product, you have 30 days after receiving it to do so. Please keep in mind that to exchange, your product must be unused and in its original packaging. You will need to send it to us at your expense. Please contact our support at contact@cyclego.shop to help you with the process.

WRONG PRODUCT

If you received the wrong product, you have 30 days to return it to us at our expense (we will cover the cost of the return shipping) and we will give you a 100% refund.
